Roasted Mangoes & Blueberries with Cinnamon Tortillas

- 3 large mangoes, peeled & sliced
- 8 oz. blueberries
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Toss sliced mangoes & blueberries in a casserole dish with melted butter and brown sugar. Bake for 20 minutes & stir. Bake for another 20 minutes, or until mangoes & blueberries are bubbling and spewing all their juices!
Serve with Cinnamon Tortilla Crisps & a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
