I tried this a couple weeks ago and it was a hit! I doubled the recipe so I was able to fill four 1 liter jars with some still left over. My mom and co-workers have been bothering me to make more they loved it so much. I did tweak it a bit by swapping the walnuts and coconut chips for sliced almonds and dried cranberries. I also used 1 cup of honey in place of the maple syrup and brown sugar - it came out super flavourful, stayed nice and sticky in the jar, and added the perfect sweetness to a big bowl of plain greek yogurt. I can't wait to try more recipes from you! :)
