  • Christianne

If it’s bad to want them all, I don’t want to be good.

  • Vanessa

okay, I too want to eat each one of those. You are going to have no problem adding them to your meals.

  • Darcee

They all look delicious. As a vegetarian, I’ve been in a salad slump lately. Thanks for giving me some new inspiration.

  • Rebecca A E

Miss Tracy, I have dubbed you the Salad Queen. Own it. Then send me Blueberry and Corn Salad. Seriously… making that this weekend.

First I just want to say that I am new to your site and it is amazing! Such beautiful photo’s!!!
All these salads look great, now I need a salad for lunch! Thanks!!

  • Michelle

Oh my woman! These salads are far from boring! It will not be hard to eat 1 a day.

  • Nome

Woah! That’s a whole lot of salad, and so inventive! And so gorgeous! Wish I was this inspired – just the thought of washing delicate leaves is enough to put me off the idea of salad some days!

  • Krafty Keely

I love how many salads you have in your recipe box! It’s so fun and so summery! And I should probably work on eating a salad every day as well, but cupcakes and other things are just so delicious!

I love the dijon potato salad, the dijon adds such great flavor!

  • cindy

I cannot get enough salads in summer, especially since there is no ac in our house ?. FYI the orange carrot radish salad over grilled chicken was a favorite in our house last summer.

I used to eat lots of salad back in Mexico, over there we have some drops called microdin to kill bacteria and such (they kind of give you peace of mind)… Now I’m kind of scared of raw vegetables (because of all the E-coli scares and things like that!) and I thing it’s been over a year since the last time I made salad…. do you have a trick to get the vegetables super clean and feel safe about them? Or it’s all in my mind and I should just relax…? 🙁

    • Rebecca A E

You can buy vegetable wash that cleans your veggies. Or just buy organic 🙂 Don’t skimp on your veggies !!

  • Emily

ZOMG Yum! now I know what to eat the rest of the summer!

  • Ani

Hi Rebecca! I bought the natural veggie wash, would that do the trick? I used to buy organic in Toronto, but we moved to a little town a year ago and organic vegetables are not sold anywhere near!, that’s why I haven’t been making salad for so long 🙁

So many unique salads! I want to stuff my face with all of ’em. I need to come back to this page because I’m currently roughing it in a dorm with a kitchen that leaves much to be desired. I’ve got all I need with my bowl, knife, and cutting board!

    • Tracy

I lived in a dorm my freshman year that had the most fab salad bar….that’s about the only thing that was fab though…

      • Jessica

Lucky! I’m kind of glad we have to fend for ourselves, as in no cafeteria food…I’m well past the college days!

  • Tara

Everytime you post a picture of your mom’s green salad, I want that huge hunk of avocado that is right in the front. Can’t wait to move to the west coast so I can find avocados that look like that!
