I think you’ll have to use a high oven heat and then use a little oil with it. But yeah, you should be able to do it. I’d google baked taquitos recipe to check out what others do.

Oh these look amazing! One question: I’m always hesitant to fry things (more because of the mess than the health reasons). Do you think these would turn out decent if baked?
