  • Emily @ Life on Food

That Christmas tree is gorgeous. And I want those breakfast nachos for dinner tonight!

  • Linda

I agree about taking a bath. Try Dr. Teal’s “Calm” Epsom salt blend with chamomile oil. It smells fabulous and the scent fills my entire master bedroom. So relaxing.

  • Jessica @ Living La Vida Holoka

Okay so breakfast nachos do exist? That’s a dream come true!
PS: I haven’t jumped on the furry vest trend yet, but I want to! I really do!

  • Jenn

I find that curtain situation unsettling! Lovely photos and those breakfast nachos look delicious!

  • jen

Those boots are amazing. What brand are they?

  • Caroline

The curtains–they’re probably simply moved to clean the floor or windows. …Enjoyed the following your dad photo.

  • Robyn @realfoodwholelife

Should have gotten the vest! Can’t wait to see what color you paint the cabinets. Such great light in your kitchen.:)

  • To Kiss the Cook

That quote encapsulates my full 2015 resolution set. It’s perfect.

  • jenny

    That puddle photo is everything.

  • Millie | Add A Little

Editing photos FTW!! ALso, hooray for crab season!

  • Adrienne

I so look forward to your everyday life posts each week. It’s amazing when you can realize when you are inside a moment just how special or beautiful it is. Thanks for sharing these. And now, can you please tell us more specifics about those amazing gold boots!!

  • Samantha Biobabbler

Oh, Tracy. You’ve surpassed yourself. That “always look in puddles” shot almost makes me dizzy, it’s SO beautiful, layered, complex, etc. Wow.

Kinda speechless, and as you might guess from my name, that’s uncommon. My wish for 2015 is a continuation of your amazing photographs on this lovely site. =) Thank you for all that you share–I think you’re a very generous person, and I appreciate what you do. xo

  • Ella

I literally (sorry) have a stack of about 13 magazines that I’ve been stockpiling/hoarding for break. HOORAY FOR RELAXED READING

crazy question….noticed your panini press on your counter beside stove. every time you post gorgeous pics of toast, I think I should keep my press out, too. what temp do you set yours at for toast? i haven’t had much luck making toast in mine…do you you butter/oil the bread first? maybe that’s why your grill marks are so yummy looking. Merry Christmas!

  • Judi

LOVE your eyebrows : ) and the NACHOS

  • marci

I haven’t been on your site for a long time (that’s how I know my life is in chaos, when I don’t have time to browse on my lunch hour!). Anyway, I just had to comment that this photo set is amazing! I can’t pick a favorite pic because I think they are all my favorites! You have a wonderful, artistic eye. Thanks for making me smile and feel a moment of escape. 🙂

  • Meg

Bath time is the best time! I don’t have one in my rental, so one of the first things I do when I’m home to my folks house for Christmas (IE, now) is run a bath and take a good, long soak. I’ve been using a rose-geranium blend of oils that’s lovely…

Love the mantra too – definitely worth reading / remembering that one every day!

    xx

  • Hilary

I take an extra look at puddles because of you. 🙂
