My Everyday Life: Week 11

Seconds before the Great Hot Chocolate Spill of ’14.  What I didn’t tell Instagram was that I was the one who spilled the cocoa! I really thought Cooper would be upset but he grabbed the marshmallows and put it on his toast and carried on.

My Everyday Life: Week 11

Hope you have a great weekend! xo

  • Caitlin Harrison

I love looking forward to your posts. You take amazing pictures 🙂

  • Emily @ Life on Food

This seems like such a fuller week. Meatballs!! I would cry over hot chocolate spillage.

  • Kathleen

Kenny Loggins?! That is a major star sighting in my book!

  • Victoria

Looking forward to that meatball sub recipe! I’ve been hunting for a good one.

Your errands outfit and opened toed shoes are super cute!

That 1300 is perfect…I need to OPEN my eyes when I’m out and about.

Glad Cooper was so calm over the great spill, tears would have made it the great, bad spill.

  • jamie levine

I always love outdoor pics from your house…they make me want to live in Nor Cal so much. I saw Harrison Ford at the farmshop in Brentwood this week!

  • Kimberly

It drives me nuts when the cart corrals aren’t lined up right! I’ve discovered that they’re surprisingly light weight, so now when I see one off kilter, I’ll totally fix it (’cause I’m crazy like that).

  • Claudia from Idiot's Kitchen

The way I read this post: Sky, cute kiddo, sandwiches, KENNY LOGGINS!!!!!!!, cat, cocktail to try. Kenny still looks damn good too.

  • Katie @ The Surly Housewife

My favorite pic from the week is ombre in nature. Such a beautiful photo. Can’t believe it’s almost finally spring!

  • Amy

Love the way you spot things when you are out and about Tracy – that number 1300 is perfect!
I have been paying so much attention to the way our skies look at the moment too. Such an ever changing canvas of movement, line and colour.

  • Beth

I love the picture of Pinot, also it looks like the sun light going into the glass is what you’re drinking. Maybe you could make a drink recipe based on that?! I feel like it would involve juice, gin and juice, also maybe some dance moves.

  • Jayne @ Tenacious Tinkering

    Your working face is pretty.

(that’s all I came on here to say. The end.)

    🙂

  • Shireen L. Platt

You take beautiful shots, love each and every one of it. Thanks for sharing!

  • brandi

he’s a lefty? awesome!! love that errand outfit – is that a skirt or a dress?

  • Gaby

Your sunset pictures are always amazing! Also, I hope your back feels better! Back pain is the worst. If it’s your lower back, maybe try sleeping on your side with a pillow between your knees- that helps me realign that part of my spine.

  • Claire @Lemon Jelly Cake

I love that you include photos of yourself in your Everyday Life posts. I always wish that my mom was in more of the photos from when I was a kid. And dang, Cooper IS tall!!

  • Janie

I am in love with your photography and those open toe shoes. Could you please let me know where I could get a pair?

  • Lorin

How tall was Cooper at age 2? I’ve been told that if you double their height at 2, that’s approximately how tall they’ll be as adults. For example, I was 3 ft at 2 and now I’m almost 6 ft tall (5’11-1/4″ to be exact).

  • kimj

what is that AWESOME looking drink?

  • Lizy Tish

wow -a lot happened that week. I love your pictures. Those sandwiches look so yummy!

  • shelly

i picked up my own bullet journal and did it through the month of april, and i love it except i find that i’m pretty limited on taking notes for future events. like when something came up for June that i wanted to remember, i didnt know where i should jot it down bc i didnt have a calendar for june yet and there’s no way to know how far along you’ll be in your notebook to put in the calendar for that month. what do you do when you come across something like that? do you just put it in your current months tasks and then merge it forward each month?
