I LOVE LISTS

I love lists- Shutterbean

Hey! It’s Friday. I love lists and here’s one for you:

  1. Thank you, Serena. THANK YOU.
  2. These calligrams are pretty neat.
  3. I want an inexpensive summer house. Yes, I do.
  4. How to throw a dinner party in an hour.
  5. I’d like to get lost in this photo.
  6. This made me excited for the new season of Silicon Valley
  7. What do you think of this way to organize your grocery shopping list?
  8. Photoshop + a sense of humor
  9. Umm. I can’t sleep just anywhere…but maybe it’s cuz I don’t have one of these.
  10. What an abandoned Disney Water Park looks like now. Wow.
  11. Oh man. This post about kid’s rooms in the 90s brings me waaaaaaay back.
  12. RIP Garry Shandling. 🙁
  13. I’ve always wondering about the Japanese fake food displays.
  14. How are your survival skills?
  15. Gotta make this bread for Cooper one day.
  16. There’s beauty in mundane moments of relationships.
  17. Bucket List Item: See cherry blossoms in Japan
  18. We chill our eggs in the USA. Other countries don’t.
  19. Been craving Philly Cheesesteaks since Casey’s birthday.
  20. A Palm Spring house for sale that’s been untouched since 1969.
  21. What happens to your home when you take a month break from social media?

Silicon Valley is soooooo good. Can’t wait for the new season!

Those summer houses…I want one! Also want to visit Japan during cherry blossom season, I hear they have a ton of cherry blossom-flavored treats and drinks, too :). Great list, as always. Thanks for sharing!

  • Jess

Thanks so much for the mention Tracy! You are the best 🙂

Those calligrams are so awesome. And that 1969 house blew me away! What?!

  • Kate

Funny, because when I became obsessed with tennis as a teenager, it was all about the women players: Tracy Austin, Chris Evert, Martina Navratilova, Zina Garrison, Andrea Jaeger, etc. The men were cute, but it was the women I wanted to watch and emulate. Sad that the tournament executives have zero imagination, or even much interest in the sport.

Include me in the life changing mode re grocery lists. The night I read your post I did my first draft – using the iPad excel program that I’ve never used. I think I’m going to make mine legal so that I can add all the house hold stuff. Brilliant idea. And re the tennis controversy Billie Jean King is one of my idols – then you have all those great women that came later not only was that make tennis exec wrong so was the idiot male tennis player who backtracked on his comments.
Love your posts – some days they are exactly what I need. Hope you and your family are having a wonderful waster weekend.

    • Tracy

Thank you! Same to you. I’m glad you were inspired to start a new system for your groceries. I hope it works out well for you!

  • Camille

Great list this week! Lots of rabbit holes to get lost down. And what is up with fake food? I’ve always found it weirdly appealing – maybe I should relocate to Japan.
