Lemon Ginger Zinger

- 3-4 sweet basil leaves
- 1 inch knob of fresh ginger, peeled
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons coconut nectar (or agave syrup)
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- about 3 cups ice cubes
In a blender, combine all of the ingredients except the ice. Add ice to about 2 inches about the liquid line. Blend on high speed until smooth.
