Intentions for the Week- Week 6 in 2026

Hello hello! We are on week 6, and a NEW MONTH!! How do we feel about February? Let’s hope it brings some good!

This weekend I socialized like a mofo! Didn’t get to do some meal prep (womp womp), so my first order of business this week is to go through my fridge and see what I have to work with before I make my grocery list.

I love how comprehensive this is it feels less like a to-do list and more like a *life rhythm check-in*. There’s something really powerful about seeing Mind/Body, Work, and Home all laid out together. It’s a reminder that productivity isn’t just about output it’s about alignment.

One thing that stands out is how many of your intentions are rooted in awareness: tracking food, tracking movement, watching phone time, checking in with your calendar, breath work, journaling. That kind of gentle data collection builds self-trust over time. Even the “tweeze things” and “paint nails” items make the list feel human and doable instead of overly optimized.

If the list ever starts to feel overwhelming (especially after a social weekend + no meal prep!), one small tweak that’s helped me is choosing a “Top 3 Anchor Intentions” each day one Mind/Body, one Work, one Home. Everything else becomes bonus. It keeps momentum without turning the week into a marathon.

Also, the love letters to your past self idea? That’s such a grounding February theme. Reflective work like that pairs beautifully with morning pages you’re essentially building a dialogue across time.

Your mantra says it all: *Feeling stuck? Make a list.* I’d add: Feeling scattered? Categorize the list. Feeling overwhelmed? Shrink the list. Feeling proud? Check it off in ink.

Wishing you a steady, intentional Week 6 and maybe a fridge surprise that turns into a great Buddha Bowl.
