While I was on my juice cleanse I was somewhat hooked on Blue Print’s Pineapple Mint Juice. It’s what I drank instead of grabbing a mid morning snack and it proved to be a nice little pick-me- up since it was sweet, minty (not in a toothpaste kind of way) and super refreshing. Think: mojito without the booze. During the first day post-cleanse, I found myself getting all twitchy because I needed my Pineapple Mint Juice fix. That’s when I turned to my juicer, trusted my taste buds and came up with this little concoction.
This Pineapple Apple Mint juice is now in my juicing rotation because it makes me feel good. It makes my breath smell fantastic, it makes my insides feel clean and gives me a little pep. Sometimes I dilute it with water for a flavored water effect and when the clock hits 5, I add a little vodka in my juice. That’s when the real fun begins.
And we’re off!
Get your ingredients together to juice.
Mint first!
Push an apple through! Now juice the pineapple.
Pour your juice into two glasses. Top with mint.
One for me & one for you.
Cheers! Now when can we put booze it them?
Pineapple Apple Mint Juice
Makes 2 cups
- 1 bunch mint
- 1 apple (I used Gala)
- 2 cups pineapple
Juice mint then apple to help push the mint through and then pineapple. Serve with a sprig of mint to jazz it up!

I am drinking my first BPC Pineapple Apple Mint juice right now, and wow, it is super delicious. I can see how a person might get hooked on this.
I can smell it. It’s minty, and delicious, and green. Love it.
Girl, you totally make me want a juicer, and I can’t say that’s something I’ve ever thought of before.
I don’t know what I’d do without mine!!

Made this for dessert tonight in my blender and it was soooo tasty. It was so much tastier than I could have ever imagined. Thanks for the brilliant combination and recipe tracy!
I will definitely make this for my wife and I. I can’t wait to add it to our list of good juices to make which is a very short list. Thanks!
I just made this shake (without reading this first) and I put a whole pack of fresh mint in and a drop fell out. Was my mistake not putting it first? I just through some pieces in it after.
