Cinnamon Sugar Roasted Almonds

These easy cinnamon sugar almonds are crunchy, sweet, and made with simple pantry ingredients. Roasted low and slow in the oven, they’re perfect for snacking, gifting, or adding to a holiday spread. A cozy homemade treat you’ll want to make on repeat.

Cinnamon Sugar Roasted Almonds are an easy edible gift you can whip up if you find yourself without a gift last minute. Ask me how I know!

I was doing a deep dive on Shutterbean last week, and one of the things that brought a lot of traffic to my website when I first started was sharing all of my favorite things from Trader Joe’s for the whole month of November 2007.  There are a lot of things that were on that list that don’t exist there anymore. Cinnamon Sugar Roasted Almonds used to be a staple. They brought it back for a bit, and they’re gone now. Another sigh…

If you miss them as I do, here’s your chance to make your own.  It’s probably cheaper to as well!
