OMG!! Bloody Brilliant. I heard about roasting cherry tomatoes along time ago and have wanted to try it and now I have a recipe. I've forwarded your site to soo many busy moms and they love it too. I always read this blog and I love it but I have never left a comment! I just made this for dinner and I had to comment on it! IT IS AMAZING!! So great, the roasted tomatoes and garlic are wonderful!!! everyone must try this :)
