OMG!! Bloody Brilliant. I heard about roasting cherry tomatoes along time ago and have wanted to try it and now I have a recipe. I’ve forwarded your site to soo many busy moms and they love it too. Well I haven’t forwarded to my boss, as I’d be in big trouble, if she only knew how much food blog surfing I do.
