Just wanted to say a BIG THANK YOU you for all your comments! They totally made my day!
This 4th of July I’m making Magnolia Banana Pudding & some cupcakes for a BBQ we are attending. They were a hit last year, and I have been asked to do it again!

    I’m working on my 4th of July menu now. My husband wants to make a Beer Can Chicken on the grill, so I need sides to go with that. There will be baked beans and corn on the cob for sure, but other than that I haven’t decided. I’m thinking a fruit crumble for dessert, with homemade ice cream.

    Im hosting this years 4th of July party for the neighbors… It’s going to be a menu of all Ina Garten recipes…4th of July sheet cake.. Tequila Lime Chicken, Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes, and all sorts of yummy goodness..

    I love beer can chicken, but I call it berr-up-the butt chicken. You should make two at a time because they look like sumo wrestlers.

    I’m joining friends on their sailboat to watch the Chicago fireworks and we’re doing a potluck picnic. I’m bringing a feta-yogurt dip with fennel, radishes and kalamata olives.
