A happy hour, indeed!

Earl Grey Soda

makes enough for about 4 drinks

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 Earl Grey tea bags
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • seltzer water, for serving

Steep tea in boiling water with sugar. Stir the sugar in the tea until it dissolves. Let tea concentrate cool before use. To make a drink, add ice to serving glass and mix equal parts of the Earl Grey syrup with seltzer water. Give it a little stir and enjoy!
