    Dear Tracy,
    I always enjoy this lists!
Thanks for introducing me to lottie + doof this week – what a gem <3
Also, your meal prep feature on Williams-Sonoma blog is wonderful and, again, so inspiring to get to work. Just yesterday, I was standing in front of my fridge thinking: what would Tracy probably make out of this? And 2 hours later I had: roasted broccoli, lemon tahini dreassing for carrot salad (I grated those carrots as well), roasted chickpeas with cumin (I totally recommend!), banana bread made into muffins, homemade granola with cashews, dried apricots and coconut, and cooked rice. Thank you for making my week a lot easier! 🙂
