Happy Monday, friends!

I’m writing this Monday morning with a cup of coffee. I had a nice Mother’s Day. It included a bike ride, a trip to Home Depot, mint juleps and takeout. Didn’t get to meal prep but I’ll probably do pieces of it throughout the week when I have time. 

 Here are my Intentions for the Week!

  • keep track of what I eat in my food journal
  • keep track of my steps with my Fitbit
  • work on Currently Workbook  
  • morning pages/ morning routine
  • duolingo
  • send email to meal prep students
  • work on post about food
  • work in my hobonichi techo
  • book club
  • read the next chapter for book club
  • post recipe
  • meeting
  • work on writing doc
  • clear off dining room table 
  • clean up my office 
  • zoom class 
  • package/ship orders for The Handwriting Club  (THANK YOU!)
  • make a grocery list/grocery shop
