Haha, cereal for dinner… How funny. When the boyfriend was gone for a week recently I had frozen yogurt for lunch and dinner 3 days in a row. And the other two nights he was gone, it was cereal. Seeing that you, too enjoy dessert/breakfast for dinner makes me feel better. Also, thanks for the long distance relationship podcast recently. After living together for a year my boyfriend is soon moving to Philadelphia (we live in Atlanta) and I have to admit that I didn’t have the most positive attitude about it. Hearing Joy and especially you talk about LDR’s made me realize and become more aware of the positive aspects. Despite the fact that I’m sad that he’s leaving and our time together will be limited significantly, I can’t help but think that it’s all happening for a reason and that maybe this is more of a final challenge to establish a future together as opposed to being the end of the relationship as I know it! So, thanks for that! You are both fantastic!

I know, right?? One cold morning and I just had to…and today it was in the 80s. Sigh.

80s! Jealous! It’s pretty much fall already here in Ontario… usually it’s warmer throughout September but it’s been cold and rainy so far!!

OMG shredded wheat was one of my favorite cereals growing up. My mom used to buy the real big ones. My favorite way to eat it is by covering three large squares in a little bit of boiling water, to cook them. Draining the water, covering the squares in milk, a sprinkle of sugar and fresh strawberries. YUM!
