Intentions for the Week- Week 2 in 2023

Hello hello! How did the first week of 2023 go? I’m playing catch-up since our trip to Idaho. So much laundry to process and RAIN! Oh my goodness the rain here is kind of intense right now. It makes seeing the light of the sun more special when you haven’t seen it in a week!  Time to write down my Intentions for the week!  Here we go:

Intentions this Week 

  • fill out my Intentions for the week calendar
  • keep track of what I eat in my food journal
  • keep track of my steps with my Fitbit
  • spend time working in my Currently Workbook 
  • share intentions for the year
  • work on a cleaning post
  • work in my hobonichi planner
  • send thank you notes
  • clean up my desks
  • make a reel of past currently workbooks
  • shitty life advice- attend
  • package/ship orders for The Handwriting Club  (THANK YOU!)
  • figure out printing errors
  • make a grocery list/grocery shop
  • finalize imperfect produce order (here’s 20% off!)
  • watch how much time I spend on the phone
  • work on a substack post/ POST IT
  • morning pages
  • set a date
  • accounting stuff 
  • call doc for me
  • art time
  • figure out medical bill
  • meetings
  • drink more water
  • move body/ use elliptical machine 
  • work in the yard
  • edit photos
  • recipe test
  • catch up with laundry
  • catch up pinning on my Pinterest account
  • catch up on social media
  • water indoor plants
  • work on morning routine
  • feed my worms compost
  • take out garbage & recycling
  • clean up the house
