Hope you had a wonderful Easter! I hosted a very small/simple get together with my parents and one of my brothers last night. We drank a lot of wine and ate tons of food!

I really thought I wasn’t going to decorate, but I whipped this up while waiting for my raisin walnut bread to finish the second rise.

I am glad I put in a little effort.

My mom made Ina’s Roasted Tomato Caprese Salad as a bruschetta for our appetizer. It was so good!

Here’s a little peak of us eating.

I roasted lamb, fingerling potatoes and broccoli for dinner!  We’ll discuss dessert later!
