Happy Monday! 

Hello hello. Had a great weekend. My brother-in-law came for a visit and I did a ton of housework. It feels so good to catch up. 

This week there’s so much to be done! I am sitting down and making a master list. It’s time to fill out my Intentions for the week calendar!

Intentions this Week 

  • fill out my Intentions for the week calendar
  • keep track of what I eat in my food journal
  • keep track of my steps with my Fitbit
  • spend time working in my Currently Workbook 
  • package/ship orders for The Handwriting Club  (THANK YOU!)
  • make a grocery list/grocery shop
  • finalize imperfect produce order (here’s 20% off!)
  • watch how much time I spend on the phone
  • work on a substack post
  • morning pages
  • attend study hall
  • accounting stuff 
  • UPS dropoff
  • basketball practice 
  • baseball practice
  • lunch with friends
  • wrap presents
  • finish the last of the holiday cards
  • pack for trip
  • get cat food 
  • make doc appt x2
  • art time
  • meetings
  • drink more water
  • move body/ use elliptical machine 
  • pull cards and write in my sketchbook
  • work in the yard
