The Food Journal- by Tracy Benjamin of Shutterbean.com & The Handwriting Club

I have more food journals if you’re looking to start the new year with a good habit!  The Food Journal was my first on my weight loss journey. It always helps me slow down when I make the time to check in with myself. It helped me learn how to trust that I know how to nourish myself.

    Tracy,
I wish I could attend the workshop, but I’m in N.Y. state.
I’m a loooong time follower (since before Cooper was in school) and you are an inspiration to me.
Recently purchased the Intentions workbook and I look forward to using it. I’d love to join any online intentions setting workshop in the future. Sending hugs.

I homeschool my 6yo and we do an American girl history. We’ve been reading all the books and working through the crafts and plotting the time line. We’re at Kirsten now and we’re talking about immigration. I’ve loved revisiting the books I read as a kid.
