Happy Monday, friends!

Taught a meal prep class yesterday for Tammi’s Ray of Light Community and it was so much fun. It blew by so fast. I am going to be doing it again in June.   • fill out my Intentions for the week calendar
  • keep track of what I eat in my food journal
  • keep track of my steps with my Fitbit
  • work on Currently Workbook  
  • morning pages/ morning routine
  • duolingo
  • send email to meal prep students
  • work on post about food
  • work in my hobonichi techo
  • book club
  • read the next chapter for book club
  • make a new recipe
  • meeting
  • get new tubes for bike
  • work on writing doc
  • clean up my office 
  • zoom class 
  • package/ship orders for The Handwriting Club  (THANK YOU!)
  • make a grocery list/grocery shop
  • finalize imperfect produce order (here’s 20% off!)
  • watch how much time I spend on the phone
  • work on a substack post/ POST IT
  • art time
  • pull cards/journal
  • drink more water
  • move body/ use elliptical machine
