Hello hello! Happy Monday. It’s Memorial Day here. Do you have the day off? We are home and going to try to do something fun!  The school year is about to end, and I am going to have a SENIOR IN HIGH SCHOOL SOON. OMG, CAN YOU EVEN BELIEVE IT?  Anywho!

  • 30 minutes no screen after wakeup
  • fill out my Intentions for the week calendar
  • keep track of what I eat in my food journal
  • keep track of movement on Apple watch
  • move body daily- break a sweat
  • breath work
  • work in Currently workbook
  • check-in with calendar 
  • art time
  • floss daily
  • horoscope
  • connect with my spirit 
  • work in my hobonichi cousin
  • pull cards/journal
  • watch how much time I spend on the phone
  • tweeze things
  • paint nails
  • do a hair treatment
  • clean house + phone a friend
  • use my diffuser
