HIIIII friends!  How was your weekend? Ours started with a baseball game. We spent a lot of time outside (the weather was beautiful here!), we caught up on housework, went grocery shopping, a hike, and I meal prepped! Here’s what I worked on this week:

  • keep track of what I eat in my food journal
  • keep track of movement on Apple watch
  • move body daily- break a sweat
  • breath work
  • work in Currently workbook
  • check-in with calendar 
  • art time
  • floss daily
  • horoscope
  • connect with my spirit 
  • work in my hobonichi cousin
  • outdoor time/hike?
  • pull cards/journal/video
  • watch how much time I spend on the phone
