Hi friends! Happy Monday! Did you have a good weekend? Did you get some self-care in? I had some quality family time, watched Project Hail Mary, worked in my currently workbook, cleaned out my freezer (YAY!), hosted Self Check-In, and hung out with friends in the city. Tonight we are celebrating my Dad’s 80th birthday, and my brother is in town. It’s going to be a busy week!

Mind/Body

  • touch dirt
  • eat more greens
  • do some fun reading
  • visit a body of water
  • find a trampoline pad
  • family time! 
  • hike or major outdoor time
  • reset my nervous system
  • work on skin care
  • morning pages/ morning routine
  • 30 minutes no screen after wakeup
  • fill out my Intentions for the week calendar
  • keep track of what I eat in my food journal
  • keep track of movement on Apple watch
  • move body daily- break a sweat
  • work in Currently workbook
  • check-in with calendar
