Ok now that I showed you what I eat for breakfast in this gluten-free lifestyle, let’s take a look at my Gluten-Free Lunch Ideas.
To recap I eat:
I don’t eat bread (you can read more about my weight loss journey here).
In the past year, I have opted for a lighter afternoon lunch. I have a later breakfast so lunch is around 1-2ish. Since we both work from home, I usually take whatever meal prep I’ve done and make lunch for Casey and I. I went through all of My Everyday Life photos to see what I’ve been eating for lunch the past year. This is how I have been staying satisfied:

Happy Monday, friends!
I have more food journals in the shop. I am going to be ordering my Currently Workbooks for 2024 (WHOA) very soon. If you are on my newsletter, you can get information about when they’re in my shop. I am hoping to build a community online where we can have art hangouts and work on our workbooks together next year. That will be in the newsletter. Anywho! This weekend was a busy one. We had a Mother-Son dance that was so much fun. I also did some meal prepping this weekend. Here’s some motivation to do some chop therapy!

Here are my Intentions for the Week-
Here’s what happened this week: My Everyday Life Week 38
Mother-son dance! I wore my Mom’s purse for the occasion.

The way boys dance today is incredible.

Last Sunday we were in Nashville. Last breakfast at the Waffle House!

Mom & Dad watching the game. Mom does art while watching.

Checking out the view from my niece’s apartment.

Not a good meal before you get on a plane. Ooooof.

No, you can’t.

That it’s good to be home feeling.

I found a lot of random hearts this week. Thanks, universe!

Weekly pull.

For husband:

A good note from book club.

More book club notes!

Casey made me a template for my planner so I could do a comic strip.

Filling in my Nashville notes.

The way it lines up.

Another heart.

A leaf heart.

I found out that crows like cashews so I tried that.

They stayed away cuz of this garden friend.

My child digs into the hill for rocks to hit with a bat…

The perfect breakfast.

Grapes and sun break.

Watching sunflowers sway.

Photobooth time with Neiley.

We had ourselves a little adventure.

Le pens are my new favorite. Which is weird cuz I normally go for really inky bold pens.

We looked at some art.

Colored pencil!

Here!

A trip to Michael’s.

The pen testing notes were interesting.

I am so glad I am growing zinnias.

A bouquet!

Bing!

I am running on COFFEEEEE

A breakfast that never fills me up.

He loves my sweater.

Snack plate I had a bunch of times this week.

One of my favorite outfits.

Front yard is really filling in this year. I need to go through all of my old photos and see the progress.

Mom & Dad are Back to School Night.

Such a trip going to all of his classes in my old high school!

Where the magic happens.

I altered my lighter.

Magic spell!

Coffee date with Amanda!

Cheese-covered egg! Add this to my favorite gluten-free breakfasts.

Chicken enchiladas with MC.

She sends me home with cookies. YAYYYYYY

Magic outgoing!

I added more food journals in my Esty shop. I sold out of them after I shared about my weight loss journey and how they helped.
THANK YOU!
