Quick dinner alert!  Try this Raspberry Goat Che Quick dinner alert!  Try this Raspberry Goat Cheese Salad I made with @plenty crispy lettuce and @laurachenel fresh goat cheese. The dressing is a sweet/tangy raspberry balsamic vinaigrette.  💫 #ad For the dressing:  * 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar * 2 tablespoons olive oil * ½ teaspoon sugar * 12 raspberries * A heavy pinch of salt ✨ Whirl all together with an immersion blender.  Toss a few handfuls of @plenty lettuce with dressing. Crumble @laurachenel goat cheese and roasted sunflower seeds on top. Serve and enjoy with grilled crostini. #laurachenel, #plentyforall
