    I can honestly say that I’ve made that spinach and tortellini soup more than ANY other recipe I’ve found online!! I started making it in my college kitchen not long after you posted it in 2013 and still make it today, with different variations depending on the greens (kale? spinach? collards?) and grains (pasta? rice? quinoa?) that I’m feeling that week.
