Intentions for the Week

Looking to get your head in the game? Tracy from Shutterbean makes a weekly TO DO LIST called her Intentions for the Week. Here's what this week looks like:

Happy Monday, friends! It’s Monday so that means it’s time to figure out my Intentions for the Week.

We’re on week 18 on 2018 in case you didn’t know it.

This weekend we had some baseball. My Dad came to the game and we had a nice dinner of:

My Everyday Life: Week 17 on Shutterbean.com

This week I did meal prep and I made a little video too!  I spent about 7 hours in the kitchen yesterday and did some spring cleaning along with that meal prep. I even oiled my cutting boards and wooden spoons.

Mantra for the Week:

Every week, Tracy Benjamin from Shutterbean.com types up her TO DO list with her Intentions for the Week post. Check out this week's post!

Don’t forget to take a moment and map out your Intentions for the Week. It really helps!

I always have a running to-do list, but I never think of ‘setting intentions’ and then reflecting on it week after week. Such a good idea. I’m going to give this a go!

  • Sarah

I kinda want to buy you a fitbit charger so you can cross that one off your list! <3

  • Alyssa

I used to read your blog all the time about two years ago(and earlier). I saw all your recipes – even made a few of them. Now that I don’t have time to follow blogs as much anymore, I just wanted to reach out and tell you that I am still a really big fan of yours. You are one of my favorite presences in my social media feed. Coming back to your blog today sort of feels like catching up with an old friend.

    • Tracy

Oh my goodness. What a beautiful thing to say. Thank you so much for taking the time to let me know that. I really needed to hear that right now!
Be well and I am so glad you’re here. xo
