Intentions for the Week- Week 4 in 2022

​​Happy Monday, friends!
 
It’s Sunday night. I just did meal prep. I have to feed my family dinner in a second but I’m sitting here at the kitchen table on my laptop writing down my Intentions for the Week. We had a nice weekend. I went for a hike with my brother, attended Cooper’s basketball game, did meal prep, had an art date with Neiley (I worked on my Currently Workbook!).  The weather was beautiful here and I was able to spend some time working in the yard.  It got me excited about the spring!

Let’s figure out what our Intentions for the Week are!

Intentions for the Week:

  • fill out my Intentions for the week calendar
  • keep track of my steps with my Fitbit
  • send package to FIL (waiting on Casey)
  • clean out car
  • drink more water
  • attend book club
  • read book club book
  • laundry
  • attend Invitation 2022 course
  • hang out with Jane
  • package/ship orders for The Handwriting Club  (THANK YOU!)
  • work on store inventory/order stuff
  • spend time working in my Currently Workbook 
  • finalize imperfect produce order (here’s $80 off!)
  • keep Cooper on track for school
  • basketball practices
  • keep track of what I eat in my food journal
  • bookkeeping
  • send check
  • work on videos for The handwriting club
  • catch up pinning on my Pinterest account
  • catch up on social media
  • water indoor plants
  • do a face mask
  • work on morning routine
  • keep the fridge clean + organized

    I’m going to make the roasted bean and broccoli a lunchtime staple so I can earn a slice of that grapefruit yogurt cake. Seriously, both look wonderful and I can’t wait to try them.

    After using my Intentions workbook for a few weeks (and loving how simple and useful it is), I am curious – how do you use the monthly pages at the back?

      That makes me so happy! To answer your question, I use the monthly pages in the back as my blog calendar.

        Thanks for the feedback! In previous planners, I’ve used the monthly spreads as my habit trackers, but having the goal charts on the weekly spreads has worked so well that I have letting the monthly spread’s availability marinate in my brain. It will be fun to see what I come up with… 🙂

          I also think it would be a great way to track housecleaning. I might play around with that sometime.
