Hi hiiiiii! Welcome to week 21!  How was your weekend? 

Did you have any time to yourself? (I had a few hours on Saturday)

Did you get to rest? (I woke up too early this weekend)

This week’s intentions: 

Mind/Body

  • morning pages/ morning routine
  • 30 minutes no screen after wakeup
  • fill out my Intentions for the week calendar
  • keep track of what I eat in my food journal
  • keep track of movement on Apple watch
  • move body daily- break a sweat
  • breath work
  • work in Currently workbook
  • check-in with calendar 
  • art time
  • floss daily
  • horoscope
  • connect with my spirit 
  • work in my hobonichi cousin
  • outdoor time/hike?
  • pull cards/journal/video
  • watch how much time I spend on the phone
  • tweeze things
  • paint nails
  • do a hair treatment
  • clean house + phone a friend
  • use my diffuser
  • eating meeting
  • steam facial
  • take vitamins 
  • stay hydrated
