Sparkling Limeade

Homemade Sparkling Limeade with fresh lime juice and simple syrup. A bright, sweet-tart citrus drink and easy dupe for Sol Food sparkling limeade.

You would think that after all of these years blogging (19!), I would have posted a recipe for Sparkling Limeade before. Nope. In all of the years of blogging, I have made:

Homemade Sparkling Limeade with fresh lime juice and simple syrup. A bright, sweet-tart citrus drink and easy dupe for Sol Food sparkling limeade.

Sol Food (the same place that makes my favorite chicken) makes an incredible limeade that pairs well with their food. I usually cut it with more sparkling water because I don’t like it toooooo sweet.  This has been a great addition to my weekly meal prep. It helps us bypass buying soda, and that’s a huge win for me!

Intentions for the Week- Week 8 in 2026

Went out to lunch, came home, and made dinner. Yesterday I hosted Self Check In, worked on collage kits (coming soon!), and did a small meal prep after cleaning out the fridge. It was a FULL weekend, and Cooper has no school today, so hopefully we will do something fun together.

Here are my Intentions for the Week:
