Intentions for the Week- Week 14 of 2021

Happy Monday, friends!

We spent the weekend with family (yay!) during Cooper’s break. It has been really nice to cook in a different kitchen all weekend. I feel very grateful for a chance to get away from home. A fresh perspective and a different routine for a few days help feed my creative brain. Time away from my phone helps too. Let’s figure our Intentions for the Week! Here are mine:

Intentions for the Week:

  • track what I eat in my food journal this week
  • fill out my Intentions for the Week printable
  • submit my Imperfect produce order
  • track my steps on my fitbit
  • STAY HEALTHY
  • EAT HEALTHY 
  • DRINK WATER
  • MOVE MY BODY/SWEAT
  • shared March 2021 in Currently Workbook  
  • spend quality time with family
  • unpack car + bags
  • go on an adventure with Cooper
  • clean out the fridge
  • pack/ship orders for The Handwriting Club 
  • laundry
  • paint nails/toenails
  • work on binder
  • make time for art
  • bounce on my trampoline
  • go for a few long walks 
  • work in my Currently Workbook  
  • make a grocery list/grocery shop
  • make a new recipe/take photos
  • post new recipe
  • catch up on writing
  • catch up on social media
