Hello hello! Did you have a good weekend? I had my Half Year Reset and hung out with friends. I also got a ton of housework done, and I am at square one with laundry. YAY!  My family is home this week from baseball, and I am excited for hugs.  Here are my Intentions for the week! 

Intentions this Week 

This week’s intentions: 

Mind/Body

  • touch dirt
  • eat more greens
  • do some fun reading
  • visit a body of water
  • find a trampoline pad
  • go to the library
  • hike or major outdoor time
  • reset my nervous system
  • work on skin care
  • morning pages/ morning routine
  • 30 minutes no screen after wakeup
  • fill out my Intentions for the week calendar
  • keep track of what I eat in my food journal
  • keep track of movement on Apple watch
  • move body daily- break a sweat
  • work in Currently workbook
  • check-in with calendar 
  • art time
  • floss daily
  • horoscope
  • connect with my spirit 
  • work in my hobonichi cousin
  • pull cards/journal
  • watch how much time I spend on the phone
  • tweeze things
  • paint nails
  • do a hair treatment
  • clean house + phone a friend
