Intentions for the Week

Intentions for the Week- Week 50 of 2020

Happy Monday, friends!

Week 50! Crazy, right? We have 53 weeks in the year this year. It’s almost up! This weekend we helped my Dad decorate his Christmas tree. We also hung out with friends from a distance. We are going into lockdown mode here in California so we’re heavily restricted until January 4th (my Mom’s birthday, go figure). Such a weird life we are living these days. Another week on the horizon…time to figure out our Intentions for the Week! Here are mine:

Intentions for the Week:

  • STAY HEALTHY
  • EAT HEALTHY
  • DRINK WATER
  • MOVE MY BODY
  • therapy
  • address holiday cards
  • laundry
  • return order from Amazon
  • bounce on my trampoline
  • clean out car
  • go for a long walk
  • cut down caffeine consumption
  • get rid of clutter around the house
  • fill out my Intentions for the Week printable
  • finish November spread in Currently Workbook
  • make a grocery list/grocery shop
  • submit my Imperfect produce order
  • do some holiday shopping
  • package up gifts for friends
  • make a new recipe/take photos
  • put the lights on the tree/decorate it
  • package/ship for The Handwriting Club 
  • track my steps on my fitbit
  • paint my nails
  • do a facemask
  • catch up on writing
  • catch up on social media
  • track what I eat in my food journal this week
  • facetime with family + friends
  • go to Post Office
  • read horoscope
  • ask for help when I need it
  • pull cards and write in my sketchbook
  • water indoor plants
  • work in the yard
  • leaf blow outside
  • edit photos
  • make artwork for post
  • build some time in to meditate
  • get good sleep
  • watch how much time I spend on the phone
