Intentions for the Week Workbook by Tracy Benjamin now on sale!

Intentions for the Week- Week 24 in 2025

Hi hiiiiii! Welcome to week 24!  How was your weekend?

Did you have any time to yourself?  (I did! YAY!)

Did you get to rest?  (I could have used more sleep)

Did you do meal prep?  (I cleaned out the fridge!)

Do you know what’s for dinner tonight?  How about sriracha mac & cheese

Need to check in with yourself and regroup to finish the second half of 2025 with intention? Come to my workshop Saturday 06/28.  We’ll check in together. I’ll show you all of my tracking tools (including my Time Management system and my Meal Planning Pack!)

Half-Year Reset Workshop!
