I really enjoyed reading this. Writing intentions instead of a strict to-do list feels much more kind and realistic. I love how you include mind, work, and home together—it shows real life, not perfection. This post is a great reminder to slow down, check in with ourselves, and take care of what matters. Thank you for sharing and wishing you a good week too!
