
Intentions for the Week- Week 4 in 2026
Hello hello! We made it through another week! I normally make these Intentions for the Week lists on a Sunday, but the weekend got hold of me, and here we are. It’s Monday morning. Cooper doesn’t have school. I hosted my Self Check In Workshop over the weekend, which helped get me ready to be present in 2026. I also hosted Self-Check-In (my regular Sunday accountability group), I did art on the water with my friend (we had a gorgeous day yesterday), and went on a driving adventure with Casey to the South Bay. We came home and started the movie The Fabelmans, and I fell asleep. So here we are!
