Intentions for the Week

Intentions for the Week- Week 28 of 2020

Hello, friends. It’s Monday! Did you have a nice 4th of July? We hung out with our pod around a pool. It was pretty mellow. We had hot dogs, drinks, cookies & fun. We spent the weekend with my niece and we did art together and we had some great conversations. I love the adult she is becoming and cannot believe she is 21. Another week at home working with my family. I really hope we can get out for an evening walk sometime this week.  Let’s take a moment and write down our Intentions for the Week! 

Intentions this Week:

  • STAY HEALTHY
  • laundry
  • fill out my Intentions for the Week printable
  • BE BETTER AT DRINKING WATER
  • keep Cooper occupied during the day
  • therapy appointment
  • work in my Currently Workbook/ post June 2020
  • make new recipe
  • post new recipe
  • package/ship food journals The Handwriting Club 
  • track my steps on my fitbit
  • MOVE MY BODY /DANCE
  • send snail mail to friends
  • catch up on writing
  • catch up on social media
  • rest my back/stretch
  • go for a walk with my family
  • continue my #100dayproject 
  • give myself a manicure
  • tweeze brows
  • track what I eat in my food journal this week
  • facetime with girlfriends
  • clean up office desk
  • work on new printable pack
  • go to Post Office
  • delete photos & videos on phone
