Thank you for sharing your intentions for the week!
I noticed that you’ve started putting your regularly scheduled posts on your intentions list. I think this is great! This posts are work that you do every week after all, so they have every right to show up and take up space.

I realised something similar about my week some time ago: I used to always have such elaborate lists, but I never got around to actually doing all/most of it, because other stuff I didn’t put on the list took up so much time and energy. It took me an astonishing amount of time to actually recognise this pattern… I now try to capture these tasks in my intentions as best I can, because they need my attention regardless, so might as well put them on the list!

The funny thing is there is so much more added to my list throughout the week but I don’t add it on here. So a lot goes unsaid/unaccounted for. I’m glad you noticed!

      • Sina

Of course, there are always additions throughout the week!
I’ve worked out a system in my bullet journal that allows this without becoming too messy or crowded and it’s a huge help.
