Hello hello! I did some meal prep this weekend. Got my fridge in order after cooking for Thanksgiving. It’s always a mess after a big meal like that.

Intentions this Week 

  • fill out my Intentions for the week calendar
  • keep track of what I eat in my food journal
  • keep track of my steps with my Fitbit
  • spend time working in my Currently Workbook 
  • finish November pages
  • package/ship orders for The Handwriting Club  (THANK YOU!)
  • make a grocery list/grocery shop
  • finalize imperfect produce order (here’s 20% off!)
  • watch how much time I spend on the phone
  • work on a substack post
  • finish favorite things post
  • morning pages
  • attend book club 
  • UPS dropoff
  • basketball practice 
  • make doc appt x2
  • figure out accountability thing
  • meetings
  • drink more water
  • move body/ use elliptical machine 
  • pull cards and write in my sketchbook
  • work in the yard
  • edit photos
  • recipe test
  • address holiday cards
