HIIIII friends! Happy Monday. How’s it going? We had our first baseball game of the year. It was practice, and it didn’t count, but I did reference my old post and was so glad I made myself a roadmap to get ready for games.

  • move body daily- break a sweat

  • check-in with calendar

  • floss daily

  • connect with my spirit
