Intentions for the Week- Week 6 in 2023

Hi friends! How’s it going? This weekend it rained and we did stuff around the house, MC came over to dance, I meal prepped, and went to Cooper’s basketball game. I have so much laundry to catch up on and I’m grumpy about that. But! I’m on a good streak with morning pages right now (part of my morning routine!) and my goal is to keep it going for the rest of the week. OK. It’s Sunday night and I’m gonna make this short!

Oh and this is the meal prep I did this week! YAY

Cauliflower Chowder

A light yet hearty dinner- Cauliflower Chowder! Find the recipe on Shutterbean.com

Let’s welcome Cauliflower Chowder into the rotation!

(imagine the Price is Right theme song playing)

This soup is LIGHT as it is HEARTY.

What does that even mean, Tracy?

I’m glad you asked.

It will satisfy your baked potato craving (bacon + cheddar!) and give you the warm full tummy feeling you need on a cold winter day.

It’s like baked potato soup but no potato! So if you’re off potatoes lookie here! I’m not. I just didn’t have any.

The bacon and Old Bay give it a good oomph.  Any excuse to put bacon and cheddar on a soup is fine by me. The price is right with this one!

Intentions for the Week- Week 5 in 2023

Hi friends!  Happy Monday. I hope your day is off to a good start. It’s Sunday night as I type this.  We played catchup this weekend and I sat my butt in the chair and did a bunch of computer work. I also focused on getting good sleep because last week my sleep was off and that annoyed me.  Meal prep happened. My fridge is full of good options. I took some videos of the process but haven’t shot what I made.  The whole process is as cathartic as it is exhausting. Taking good care of yourself and family is hard work.  If that’s you, I’m proud of you. Keep up the good work.

Here are my Intentions for the Week!
