Intentions for the Week

Looking to get your head in the game? Tracy from Shutterbean makes a weekly TO DO LIST called her Intentions for the Week. Here's what this week looks like:

Happy Monday, friends!

I can’t believe this is the last week of January. This month is breezing by!  I am going to be spending time working in my Currently workbook this week.  Did you get one? I can’t wait to see how everyone uses theirs. It’s been so rewarding to see people working through their food journals via Instagram. Thank you for tagging me and sharing! I love it so much. The accountability of this project has been big for me and I have YOU to thank fo that.

Remember to follow/ tag @thehandwritingclub  if you’re a handwriting lover like me!

How was your weekend? We went to a crab dinner in the city. We had basketball. I spent Sunday working around the house, working on orders and getting everything setup for the week ahead.

Cleaned out my fridge and turned leftovers into this!

Hi there. I just started following you and your blog after you got such a lovely little shout out from Deb Perelman and I’m enjoying it so far! Your meal prep looks divine and I’ve been in awe of how lovely your washed lettuce looks. So, this may be the lamest question you’ve received, but…. what is your lettuce washing method? Salad spinner? A rinse and dish towels? Thanks!

    • Tracy

colander/rinse/dry with dish towels 🙂 I don’t like having to wash out a salad spinner every time.

  • Gretchen

I don’t know if it’s vouyeristic or just helps me feel more normal, but reading through your todo list is super satisfying. Thanks for sharing!!
