Intentions for the Week – Week 32 of 2020

Happy Monday, friends!

It’s August. We’ve got a few weeks before schools start here in California. We’re doing distanced learning for the next few months and we’re getting ready for that. My brain is kinda spinning thinking about what the next year is going to look like if we have to do this all from home. I also cannot believe we are going to have a 6th grader!! WOW!  Anywho, let’s get to nailing down the week ahead. We are on the 32nd week of 2020. Crazy, right? Here are my Intentions for the Week.

Intentions for the Week:

  • STAY HEALTHY
  • laundry. lots of it.
  • fill out my Intentions for the Week printable
  • make a grocery list/grocery shop
  • go to the farmer’s market
  • BE BETTER AT DRINKING WATER
  • keep Cooper occupied during the day
  • follow up with bank
  • unpack bags
  • unpack car
  • wash car
  • work on making a better desk/school setup for Cooper
  • finish/post Currently July 2020
  • do something with all the jalapenos
  • make new recipe
  • post new recipe
  • package/ship food journals The Handwriting Club 
  • track my steps on my fitbit
  • pick up RX
  • MOVE MY BODY /DANCE
  • paint my fingernails
  • tweeze things
  • make dinner for brother & niece
  • send snail mail to friends
  • catch up on writing
  • catch up on social media
  • track what I eat in my food journal this week
  • facetime with girlfriends
  • clean up office desk
  • work on new printable pack
  • go to Post Office
  • delete photos & videos on phone
  • ask for help when I need it
  • pull cards and write in my sketchbook
  • water indoor plants

    I used to read your blog all the time and listen to the Podcast you had with Joy.
