  • Jamie

I figure if choose the same Intention enough times it will stick, right? = )

    – Meditate daily (doing well with this one)
    – Lights out and in bed by 10:00, especially week nights
    – For the love of all that’s holy, do your YOGA!
    – Have the big conversations, not just in my head

    Have a great week, Tracy!

  • Jere

I am 91 years old and trust me I have made a LOT of “Intend to do ” lists. After reading yours for sometime now I have decided to advise (My greatest talent) Your lists are much too long…much much. Your stress level is suffering. At the end of the week when you check to see what has and has not been accomplished are there more deeds crossed through? If too many are left undone then eliminate. Oh how much better you will feel at the end of the week. …and so pleased with yourself. guess this is my Mother gene gone too long unused. I do love your blog. Did Ella escape? Only Rosie gets in the photos. Jere

    • Tracy

Thanks for the reminder, Jere! I tend to overpack my life; I can’t help it. But, you’re right.

I do look at my lists and think WHOA, I got a lot done. So, there’s that.
There’s always so much to do!

Ella is alive and well! She’s harder to take pictures of because she’s always kinda moving/running away.

  • Rebeca

I’m trying to stick to only a few goals, so here’s mine:
    – Mail package to my bestest.
    – Pilates x4.
    – Schedule GP and ENT appointments.
    – Make ice cream with my niece (I’ve been telling her for weeks!)

I’ll be happy if those get done.

  • Ash

Thanks for the reminder of Thai Basil Beef, I’m totally going to make that this week too!
    My intentions:
    -Beach day
-Try to finish reading A Really Good Day
    -Keep the house clean
-Do my shoulder stretches every day
    -Make salads for lunch
    -Go to bed by 11:30
-Stay off Instagram (the FOMO is killing me)
    -Go kayaking

  • Danielle

If you liked Cheaper by the Dozen here’s a recommendation for you. I just finished listening to a podcast on Lillian Gilbreth that you might like. It’s The History Chicks ep. 59. It’s really good!
