Happy Monday, friends!

The weather here in California was beautiful! We were able to spend a lot of time outside and I am thankful for that! Cooper has Spring break this week and I am starting the new with some #shutterbeanmealprep

  • lemon iced tea
  • creamy balsamic
  • celery
  • rice
  • pineapple salsa
  • cooked potatoes
  • guacamole
  • pineapple
  • cooked salmon
  • marinated salmon
  • carrots
  • pasta with marinara
  • cooked sausage

  • track what I eat in my food journal this week
  • fill out my Intentions for the Week printable
  • submit my Imperfect produce order
  • track my steps on my fitbit
  • STAY HEALTHY
  • EAT HEALTHY 
  • DRINK WATER
  • MOVE MY BODY
  • therapy
  • plan Easter menu
  • celebrate Easter with family
  • put together Easter basket for Cooper
  • spend quality time with family
  • make fettuccine with truffle butter
  • return library books
  • break down boxes
  • clean out the fridge
  • spraypaint pots
  • repot geranium
