Bring your Currently workbook! I’m going to do my February spread with you LIVE on our call and hopefully, you will work on yours too! I’ll also share my past workbooks to give you some inspiration. If you’ve already done your spread, no worries! You can make something to go inside or just hangout with like-minded people! (People who love pens and are wanting to build a creative practice!)

Chicken Cilantro Meatballs

These Chicken Cilantro Meatballs made me realize that I need more meatballs in my life.

(What a sentence!)

Seriously though, they’re a good thing to have meal-prepped for the week. You can add them to rice or a noodle salad. I also think they would be fun in some type of ramen or soup. To tell you the truth, I just eat them cold because I’m impatient and it’s a quick way to get protein.

Here I paired them with my cucumber sesame salad (I cut the cucumbers differently this time). It’s a hearty meal that won’t make you feel like crap afterward. The meatballs are packed with flavor thanks to the cilantro & green onions. I hope you love them too.

Intentions for the Week

Intentions for the Week- Week 7 in 2023

Hi friends! Last week I worked out 5/7 days and that’s BIG for me. I’ve been using some of my favorite workout videos to get me through and marking off the days on my monthly printable planner has been a BIG HELP. I love seeing boxes filled in!

I did meal prep yesterday while everyone was watching the Super Bowl. I did watch the halftime show and then was so impressed by how fast all of the Rhianna memes flooded my social media. What a time to be alive!

Currently January 2023

Hello friends! January was a long one, huh? I really enjoyed the fact that the month started on a Sunday. It just felt RIGHT!

This month I had a lot going on!

Intentions for the Week

Intentions for the Week- Week 6 in 2023

Hi friends! How’s it going? This weekend it rained and we did stuff around the house, MC came over to dance, I meal prepped, and went to Cooper’s basketball game. I have so much laundry to catch up on and I’m grumpy about that. But! I’m on a good streak with morning pages right now (part of my morning routine!) and my goal is to keep it going for the rest of the week. OK. It’s Sunday night and I’m gonna make this short!

Oh and this is the meal prep I did this week! YAY
