Intentions for the Week:

Looking to get your head in the game? Tracy from Shutterbean makes a weekly TO DO LIST called her Intentions for the Week. Here's what this week looks like:

Happy Monday, friends!

We are on Week 25 of 2019. That means we are almost halfway through this year. WOW.

This weekend was filled with activities!  There was a baseball game, a tournament, dinner at my brother’s house, a friend visit, another baseball game and dinner at my Dad’s house for Father’s Day.  Cooper has camp this week (yay!). I’m hoping to get enough of my work done so we can play in the afternoons.  Thank you for ordering a Pep Talk Print Pack!! I have 5 packs (they’re limited edition!) left in the shop this week.  They need a good home! Sparkles included!

Intentions for the Week:

  • catch up on laundry
  • ship out orders for The Handwriting club
  • continue to work on my 100day project on instagram
  • clean off my desks
  • edit/upload photos
  • delete photos from desktop
  • work in my currently workbook
  • plant the lantana in the front
  • prepare for conference call
  • grocery shop
  • make a new recipe
  • therapy appt.
  • figure out shipping situation for bumper stickers
  • catch up on social media
  • have a date with calendar
  • track my steps with my Fitbit
  • track food in my food journal
  • drink enough water (keep up this water bottle filling routine up)
  • pull cards and work in sketchbook
  • make kombucha
  • get exercise/go for a hike
  • do meal prep
  • figure out when to bring car in for alignment
  • meditate
  • do some art with Cooper or spend time reading together
  • make plans for a pool date
  • work on writing project
