Are we ready to get our heads in the game?! It’s FEBRUARY. Let’s do this.

This weekend I had a sleepover at my Dad’s house and went out to dinner with him and my bro + sis. We had a good time!  Cooper ended up with a cold and a high temperature, so we’ve been taking care of him while he’s resting.  Send good healing thoughts!

I had some time yesterday so I did a meal prep. This is what I am starting the week with:

  • write down what I eat in food journal
  • ship out more food journals! (THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDERS!)
  • keep on top of my life with my bullet journal
  • doctor’s appointment
  • trip to Target
  • catch up on social media
  • drop off donations
  • gather supplies for candy making for Valentine’s Day
  • have a smoothie bowl sometime this week
  • figure out Valentine’s Day plans
  • paint nails
  • deep clean bathrooms
  • bookkeeping/tax prep
  • exercise 3 times
  • send 2 packages
  • keep tracking steps with my Fitbit One
  • pull cards and work in sketchbook
  • vacuum car
  • break down boxes
  • play around with new camera
  • work jn the garden if I have time
  • see Ina Garten at the Marin Civic Center!

    Been inspired by you to do a little food prep on Sunday. Nothing crazy just putting a few things in the fridge to make breakfast & lunch easier. Oh, I made the Persian omelette for this week’s breakfasts. It’s green and it’s good. Something different for the win! Have a great week.
